CityMC is a desktop application that uses AI to analyze real-world photos and turn them into Minecraft blueprints. It connects to the Arnis engine to automatically build these structures in your world using 1:1 scale data.
Yes, absolutely. Your API keys (OpenRouter/Google) are stored only locally on your computer within the Electron secure storage. We never send them to our servers or share them with anyone.
You need the CityMC desktop app and a Minecraft installation (Java Edition). Our app handles the connection to the Arnis engine, which performs the actual building process in-game.
One "Build" equals one full AI analysis of a building. Once the AI analyzes the structure, you can spawn it as many times as you want. Credits are only deducted when the AI performs a new analysis of a real-world location.
While Mapillary has millions of images, some areas might be missing. In that case, you can use Developer Mode to connect your own Google Street View API key, giving you access to nearly any location on Earth.
The CityMC app is designed to work where you have building permissions. It works best on single-player worlds or private servers where the Arnis engine is allowed to operate.
